We Dont Get Paid Unless We Collect

Competitive Rates

Our pricing model is simple: If we don’t collect…. We don't get paid!

All retail and commercial accounts are collected on a contingency fee basis as follows:

Retail Accounts:

35% of any principal money recovered by MRSI or Creditor.
50% if the account is over 2 years old or the balance is $150.00 or less.
40% if the account has been reduced to Judgment or if MRSI initiates legal action or should the account need to be forwarded to an affiliate of MRSI.

Commercial Accounts:

30% of any principal money recovered by MRSI or Creditor.
40% if the account is over 1 years old or the balance is $300.00 or less.
40% if the account has been reduced to Judgment or if MRSI initiates legal action or should the account need to be forwarded to an affiliate of MRSI.
